Among individuals the DF is balanced, at 0.98. What tips the scale is companies, which receive R$ 1.83 for every R$ 1 they pay. The Central Bank counts Pix by the account holder's municipality, so part of this may be companies headquartered in Brasília receiving from customers across the country, and the series does not separate one from the other.
